摘要
高价值专利运营是一项需要大量投入,短期内难以见效的战略性工作,要在资源投入有限的前提下最大化收益,必须在协调专利运营中可能涉及的每一方的利益关系,必须平衡专利运营的短期与长期的利益关系,必须确定利益分享机制明确、制度层面保障、各方信守承诺的价值交换体系。本文系统分析专利运营合伙人机制及其对于企业专利经营管理产生的影响,为今后相关行业的企业开展专利管理提供新的思路,促进企业专利价值更好地实现。
High-value patent operation is a strategic task that requires a lot of investment and is difficult to be effective in the short-term.To maximize the benefits under the premise of limited resources,it is necessary to balance the interests of each party that may be involved in the coordination of patent operations.The short-term and long-term interests of the operation must determine the valuesharing mechanism,the system-level guarantee,and the value exchange system of the parties.This paper systematically analyzes the mechanism of patent operation partner and its impact on the management of patent management of enterprises,and provides new ideas for patent management in enterprises in related industries in the future,and promotes the better realization of patent value of enterprises.
