摘要
以青岛西海岸新区为研究对象,运用博弈模型,分析在新旧动能转换背景下青岛西海岸新区湿地生态旅游开发过程中各利益相关者的博弈关系.结果表明,旅游企业在利益驱动下进行湿地生态旅游开发,但其开发力度受政府监管和当地居民举报行为约束;政府监管力度的大小,影响公共资源能否在旅游企业与当地居民之间实现合理配置;在共享收益背景下,当地居民会配合政府、旅游企业的决策.最后提出了建立湿地生态旅游开发利益共同体等建议.
Taking Qingdao west coast new area as the research object,this paper uses game model to analyze the game relationship among stakeholders in the process of wetland ecotourism development in Qingdao west coast new area under the background of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.The results show that the development of wetland eco-tourism is driven by the interests of tourism enterprises,but the development efforts are restricted by government supervision and local residents reporting behavior;the degree of government supervision affects rational allocation of public resources between tourism enterprises and local residents;and the local residents will cooperate with the decision-making of the government and tourism enterprises under the background of sharing revenue.Finally,some suggestions are put forward,such as the establishment of interest community for wetland ecotourism development.
