老年友好视角下旧城区公园绿地步行可达性评价与优化 被引量:12

Evaluation and optimization for walking accessibility of urban parks and green spaces based on age-friendly planning

摘要 以福州市旧城区公园绿地为研究对象,基于老年友好的视角,结合城市公园绿地斑块、街道人口分布、道路网等基础数据和网络开放数据等多源数据,构建数学模型,采用GIS网络分析方法,通过选取与老年人实际出行方式更接近的慢行系统步行可达时间和基于老年人群服务人口的步行可达性2个指标,对公园绿地的步行可达性进行评价.结果表明,总体上现阶段公园绿地的可达时间约为11 min,略长于建设导则要求,且可达性属一般水平;规划后步行可达时间缩短至6.8 min,可达性也有所改善;但仍有9个管理单元存在步行可达性较低,或存在现状控规方案未能有效提升其可达性的现象. This paper uses urban parks and green spaces in the old town of Fuzhou City as the object of study and follows the age-friendly idea,combining the basic data(patches of parks and green spaces,distribution of street population,street network,etc)and multi-source data(open network data,etc)by aid of mathematical model and network analysis tools in GIS,it evaluates the walking accessibility of urban parks and green spaces by building two indices:the walking time of non-motorized traffic which is closer to the actual travel mode of residents,and the walking accessibility based on the aged or low-income groups who has higher demand for using parks and green spaces.The results show that,the current walking time is approximately 11 minutes which is longer than the construction guideline,and the accessibility belongs to a general level as a whole;the walking time is reduced to 6.8 minutes after the plan and accessibility are improved as well;but there are still 9 administrative unites with accessibility is relatively low,or the accessibility failed to be improved effectively by the planning.
