摘要
作为中国的首都,北京在不断地更新着与自身城市发展相匹配的建筑规模,然而在这种快节奏变化下,这片土地上的旧城区并没有得到及时有效的更新。胡同是北京特有的居住区基本单元,是旧城区居住区的主要形式,因此对于北京胡同更新改造策略这一问题的探讨具有非常大的必要性。文章主要介绍了北京旧城区的改造历程及其改造思路,从已有的北京胡同改造案例入手,分析其各自的利与弊,进而提出笔者对北京胡同改造策略的观点。
As the capital of our country,Beijing has been constantly updating the construction scale of urban development that matching itself without old urban renewal been accompaning with.The reaserch aiming to reform strategies of Beijing Hutong possesses great necessity,on the basis that Hutong is not only characteristic of Beijing residential area of the basic unit,but the main form of the old residential area.This article introduces the transformation process of this old city at first,then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing cases,finally puts forward to the Beijing Hutong transformation strategy it concludes.
