摘要
用近红外光谱与化学计量学相结合的方法,建立了一种快速筛查减肥类保健品中是否含有呋塞米、酚酞的分析方法。以8种减肥类保健品及其自制阳性样品为训练集样品,通过甲醇提取,采集其近红外的透射光谱图,利用TQ Analyst 9.0软件的判别分析法,建立了减肥类保健品中呋塞米、酚酞的快速筛查模型。用模型检测了15种减肥类保健品,结果表明:15种减肥类保健品中,一种添加了呋塞米,另一种添加了酚酞,其余13种没有添加呋塞米和酚酞。检测结果与高效液相色谱分析结果完全一致。
The method of rapid screening of furosemide and phenolphthalein in weight loss health products was established using NIR combined with chemometrics. Eight kinds weight loss health products and their self-made positive samples were used as training samples, and the near-infrared transmission spectra was collected by methanol extraction. The TQ Analyst 9.0 software discriminant analysis method was used to establish model for rapid screening furosemide and phenolphthalein. The model was used to detect the 15 weight loss health products, and the results showed that one of the 15 weight loss health products was added with furosemide, the another one was added with phenolphthalein, and the other 13 without furosemide and phenolphthalein. The test results were completely consistent with the results of the HPLC analysis.
