摘要
目的利用电喷雾萃取电离质谱法对常见180种毒物(包含毒品、精神药品、农药、杀鼠剂、合成药物及动植物毒素等)进行直接分析,并对人体内尿液、血液、胃内容、肝脏等样品中的毒物进行定性分析。方法样品无需复杂处理采用电喷雾电离质谱技术进行筛查。结果利用EESI-MS进行毒物筛查,具有选择性强、准确度好、通量高、速度快(单个样品检测时间少于30s)等优点,能够满足人体内常见毒物的快速准确筛查。
Objective 180 kinds of toxicants(including narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, pesticides, rodenticides, synthetic drugs, natural toxins or drugs, etc.) were directly qualified and quantified. Methods Without complicated samples preparation toxicants were screened by the EESI-MS(Extractive Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry). Meanwhile the toxicants in the urine, blood, stomach, and liver samples were detected. Results All the results show a wild liner range and satisfied reproducibility. The advantages of selectivity, accuracy and precision, and short time-consuming of single sample(less than 30 s) detection can serve as a rapid and accurate method in toxic screening.
