三种玫瑰花茶中黄酮类成分的分析及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:9

Flavonoids Content Analysis of Three Rose Tea Infusions and Their Antioxidant Activities

摘要 玫瑰花茶是近年来深受大众喜爱的花茶饮品之一,具有多种保健功效.课题组前期研究表明:玫瑰花茶中多糖及多酚类成分是其发挥抗氧化活性的主要物质基础.为进一步明确玫瑰花茶中的抗氧化活性物质及评价其作为饮品食用的科学性,本研究分别测定了我国三种主要食用玫瑰花(苦水玫瑰、金边玫瑰和平阴玫瑰)茶汤及甲醇提取物中黄酮类成分的含量及其抗氧化活性,并采用HPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术对茶汤及甲醇提取液中黄酮类成分进行了分析.结果表明,三种玫瑰花茶汤中黄酮类成分含量均分别高于其甲醇提取液;金边和平阴玫瑰花茶汤的抗氧化活性均高于其甲醇提取液,苦水玫瑰茶汤抗氧化活性低于其甲醇提取液.结合文献,初步推测出三种玫瑰花茶汤和甲醇提取液中共含有9种黄酮成分,且金边玫瑰花茶汤中黄酮类成分较甲醇提取液种类更为丰富.相关系数分析表明:金边和平阴玫瑰茶花中黄酮类成分含量与抗氧化活性相关系数大于0.9. Rose tea is a kind of popular reprocessed tea with a varity of health benifits in China.Earlier research in our group showed that the Polysaccharides and polyphenols in rose tea are the main antioxidative substances.In order to further clarify the antioxidant active substances in rose tea and evaluate its scientificity as a beverage,the contents of total flavonoids and antioxidant activities in tea infusions and methanol extracts of three main edible roses in China[Rosa rugosa Thunb(Kushui rose),R.forrestiana Bouleng(Jinbian rose)and R.rugosa f.plena(Regel)Byhouwer(Pingyin rose)]were tested in this study.Meantime,the flavonoids from those three rose tea infusions and methanol extracts were analyzed by HPLC-Q-TOF-MS.The results showed that the content of flavonoids in the three rose tea infusions were higher than that of the methanol extracts respectively.The antioxidant activity of Jinbian Rose and Pinying Rose tea infusion were higher than those of methanol extracts,but Kuishui Rose was the opposite.Based on the reports,nine flavonoids were speculated from the three rose tea infusions,and the flavonoids in Jinbian rose tea infusion were more abundant than methanol extracts.To elucidate the contributions of those flavonoids in rose tea for its activity,correlation coefficients between them were analyzed,displaying that correlation coefficient between flavonoids and antioxidant activity in Jinbian and Yinyin rose tea was greater than 0.9.
