摘要
建立了全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用法测定土耳其玫瑰精油和苦水玫瑰精油成分的分析方法。样品经过稀释后进样分析,两种玫瑰精油共计检出501种成分,通过质谱数据库比对后选择正反匹配度均大于800的色谱峰,共有329种成分得到鉴定,两种精油分别鉴定出246和193种成分。329种成分中醇类74种、烯烃类80种、酯类71种、醛类31种、酮类23种、烷烃类15种、芳香烃类18种、醚类3种、酚类2种、其他类12种,为两种玫瑰精油共有的成分有110种,但共有成分在不同玫瑰精油中的含量存在明显差异。在构成玫瑰精油的10类化合物中,醇类均为含量最高的成分种类,而其他类化合物的种类和含量也存在差异。
A method based on two-dimensional gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry was established for the determination of essential oils of Turkish rose and Kushui rose of China.The diluted samples were detected and analyzed by two-dimensional gas chromatography/time-of-flight mass spectrometry.A total of 501 components were detected in the two kinds of rose essential oil.There were 329 components were obtained from the chromatographic peaks with positive and negative matching degrees both greater than 800 by comparing with the mass spectrometry database,including 74 alcohols,80 alkenes,71 esters,31 aldehydes,23 ketones,15 alkanes,18 aromatic hydrocarbons,3 ethers,2 phenols and 12 other components.There were 246 and 193 components in Turkish rose essential oil and Kushui rose essential oil respectively,110 of which were common components,but the contents of them in different oils were significantly different.There were ten types of main aroma contributing substances in rose essential oil,and the content of alcohols was the highest,while the contents of other compounds were different in the two kinds of rose essential oil.
