摘要
针对目前玻璃贴标过程以人工为主,效率低下的现象,设计了一套基于视觉检测的玻璃智能贴标系统的开发,论述玻璃智能贴标装置设计的整体方案,结构组成,控制系统的功能及控制流程,由两条上料移载机构A线和B线组成,双线程同时对前道工序输出的玻璃片料进行贴标检测,运行速度快,精度高、稳定性高,提高了工作效率。采用线阵相机识别系统进行自动定位,检测玻璃的位置,提高了玻璃的贴标效率,降低了人工成本。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the current glass labeling process is mainly artificial and inefficient,a set of glass intelligent labeling system based on the visual inspection is designed in this paper.The overall scheme,structural composition and control system function of design for the glass intelligent labeling device are discussed.The control process consists of two loading and unloading mechanisms,A and B.The double thread simultaneously performs labeling detection on the glass sheets output from the previous process,which has fast running speed,high precision and high stability,and improves the work effectiveness.The linear array camera recognition system is used for automatic positioning to detect the position of glass,improve the labeling efficiency of the glass,and reduce the labor cost.
