摘要
针对组装太阳能电池板所用铝框的自动化涂胶和取放料过程的实现问题,对铝框的操作流程进行了合理规划,并对铝框的涂胶和取放料的控制策略进行了研究,提出了一种自动化控制实现方案。运用Solid Works软件对整个设备机械结构进行了设计,利用PLC和人机界面进行了控制系统设计;通过控制伺服电机及电磁阀,传动给滚珠丝杆、同步带和气缸完成了长短铝框自动取料、自动涂胶、自动送料、自动搬运等动作。设备调试运行结果表明,各机构能够协同工作,配合触摸屏操作监控,生产效率高,省工省时,能够满足企业大批量的自动化生产。
Aiming at automatic gelatinizing,loading and unloading aluminum frames which were needed in the assembly process of solar panel,reasonable operation process of the aluminum frame was programmed,the control strategy of gelatinizing,loading and unloading aluminum frame was researched. And an automatic control scheme was put forward. It's mechanical structure was established by Solid Works software,and it's control system was designed by PLC and HMI. Through the PLC controlling servo motor and electromagnetic valve,the ball screw,synchronous belt and cylinder were driven,then the motion of loading material,gelatinizing,unloading material were completed. During equipment debugging,the results indicate that the agencies can work cooperatively,cooperating with touch-screen,high production efficiency can be acquired,and it also can save work time and human resources,this equipment can satisfy the mass automation production of the enterprise.
