摘要
对3例犬淋巴瘤和1例猫淋巴瘤进行组织病理学诊断及免疫组织化学染色分析,以期为兽医临床鉴别诊断该病提供参考。收集3例犬疑似淋巴瘤样本和1例猫疑似淋巴瘤样本进行石蜡包埋,HE染色后光学显微镜下观察肿瘤组织形态,确定肿瘤性质;应用免疫组织化学技术分别检测肿瘤细胞表面抗原CD3和CD20的分布,判定肿瘤内淋巴细胞的来源。病理组织学观察发现3例犬疑似淋巴瘤肿块内瘤细胞和1例猫疑似淋巴瘤肿块内瘤细胞均呈圆形,符合淋巴瘤的细胞学特征。免疫组织化学结果显示,3例犬淋巴瘤病例中有2例淋巴瘤肿块内瘤细胞显示CD20阳性,为B淋巴细胞来源淋巴瘤,1例瘤细胞显示CD3阳性,为T淋巴细胞来源淋巴瘤;1例猫淋巴瘤病例中瘤细胞显示CD20阳性,为B淋巴细胞来源淋巴瘤。
Lymphoma is a type of malignant tumor originated from lymphatic hematopoietic system,which accounts for 7%-24%of neoplastic diseases in canines and cats.The histopathological diagnosis of lymphoma has a great influence on the postoperative treatment plan of the sick canines and cats.Therefore,3 cases of canine lymphoma and 1 case of cat lymphoma were diagnosed and analyzed in this experiment,so as to provide a certain reference value for the clinical differential diagnosis of this disease.In this study,3 cases of canine suspected lymphoma samples and 1 case of cat suspected lymphoma sample were collected by our laboratory and made them into paraffin embedded.Tumor cell morphology was observed by using optical microscope after HE staining to determine the nature of the tumor.The tumor cell surface antigens CD3 and CD20 were detected respectively by using immunohistochemical staining method to determine the source of lymphoid cells with in the tumor.HE staining results showed that the tumor cells of the 4 cases are rounded in line with the cytological characteristics of lymphoma.Immunohistochemisty results showed that the tumor cells of 2 cases of canine lymphoma showed CD20 positive which indicates B lymphocyte lymphoma,and 1 case of canine lymphoma showed CD3 positive which indicates T lymphocyte lymphoma.The tumor cells of 1 case of cat lymphoma showed CD20 positive which indicates B lymphocyte lymphoma.
