摘要
液压试验是工程上压力容器制造或修理完工后通常采用的最终质量检验方法。试验压力在压力容器规程、标准中虽有规定,但是其对在用压力容器修理时的液压试验压力取值却没有最初制造时规定得那么明确,因此容易出现偏差而影响液压试验的准确性与安全性。文章通过对1例浮头式热交换器修理时的液压试验压力取值进行讨论,得出在用压力容器修理时液压试验压力的确定原则,即首次定期检验前按竣工图确定,定期检验后的检验周期内则按《定期检验报告》确定。
The hydraulic test is the final quality inspection method usually used after the completion of the manufacture or repair of the pressure vessel in engineering.Although the test pressure is specified in the pressure vessel regulation standard,the pressure value of the hydrostatic test pressure when repairing the pressure vessel in-service is not specified as clearly as the pressure value labeled at the time of initial manufacture.Thus,deviation is likely to occur,which may affect the accuracy and safety of the hydrostatic test.This paper discusses the value of the hydrostatic test pressure in repairing a floating head exchanger.It obtains the determination principles of hydrostatic test pressure value in repairing the pressure vessel in-service.The obtained principles are to determine the test pressure value before the first periodic inspection according to the record drawings and to determine the value within the inspection period after the periodic inspection according to the Periodic Inspection Report.
