摘要
设计压力是压力容器的重要设计参数,也是压力容器设计换证时设计文件审查的重点项目。设计压力的合理确定不仅关系压力容器的安全性与经济性的协调统一,更影响压力容器的类别划分、设计准则的确定、制造与检验技术要求的提出、使用管理与定期检验等技术工作的进行。合理确定设计压力需要根据设计条件按规程标准规定的原则进行,对压力容器相关规程标准中确定设计压力的原则梳理归纳,并结合工程实例,给出了合理确定设计压力的建议。
Design pressure is an important design parameter of pressure vessel, and a key item of pressure vessel design replacement design document review. Rational determination of design pressure is not only related to coordination of the safety and economical efficiency of the pressure vessel, but also influence on the pressure vessel category, design, manufacture and testing to determine the technical requirements, the use of the proposed management and regular inspection of technical work. Rational determination of design pressure according to the design conditions and the standard rules, the design pressure determining principle in pressure vessels standard is combed with engineering examples. And, reasonable suggestion for design pressure is recommended.
