摘要
目的探讨营养护理计划措施对提高血液透析患者生活质量的作用。方法选择我院2017年1月-2018年12月收治血液透析患者计56例,随机分为采用常规护理方案的对照组(n=28)与同时配合营养护理计划方案干预的试验组(n=28),随访3个月,采用SF-36简明健康调查问卷评估两组血液透析患者的生活质量评分。结果试验组患者生理职能评分、生理功能评分、社会职能评分、健康状况评分与情感职能评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对血液透析患者采用营养护理计划方案干预能够有效改善患者的生理与心理水平,有利于提高患者的日常生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nutritional care plan measures on improving the quality of life of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 56 patients with hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(n=28)and the nutritional nursing program intervention group(n=28),followed up for 3 months,using the SF-36 concise health questionnaire to assess the quality of life scores of the two groups of hemodialysis patients.Results The physiological function score,physiological function score,social function score,health status score and emotional function score of the experimental group were higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The intervention of nutritional nursing program in hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the physiological and psychological level of patients,and is conducive to improving the quality of daily life of patients.
