摘要
目的探讨护理干预对血液透析患者心理和生活质量的影响,总结护理经验。方法将80例血液透析患者按照随机数字方法分成观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用护理干预措施,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较两组患者干预3月后的心理和生活质量评分。结果观察组患者心理和生活质量指标评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行血液透析患者采取护理干预措施,可以降低焦虑和抑郁程度,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on psychology and life quality of patients with hemodialysis to sum up the nursing experience.Methods Eighty cases patients with hemodialysis were divided into intervention group（40 cases）and control group（40 cases）.The control group took traditional nursing method,while the intervention group took nursing intervention.Psychology and quality of life were compared before and after nursing.Results The psychology and life quality in intervention group were significantly better than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The nursing intervention for patients with hemodialysis can reduce the anxiety and depression of patients and promote the life quality of patients,and is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
