夏季不同时期浮床植物旱伞草和美人蕉对铜绿微囊藻的化感作用研究

Comparative study of the inhibitory effect of floating bed plants—Canna indica and Cyperus alternifolius on Microcystis aerugonosa in different periods

摘要 在夏季6—8月,收集浮床陆生植物旱伞草、美人蕉和黄花美人蕉种植水,比较这3种种植水对铜绿微囊藻生长的影响。结果表明:试验结束(8月10日)时,3种植物干重均达到了较高水平,旱伞草、美人蕉和黄花美人蕉生物量干重分别是开始(6月15日)时的6.9倍、4.6倍和5.3倍,根系干重分别为7.5倍、2.5倍和3.0倍。美人蕉和黄花美人蕉种植水与藻类培养时间越长,对藻类的抑制效果越显著,对铜绿微囊藻的抑制率最高可达64.2%和67.7%,二者对铜绿微囊藻的抑制率无显著差异;旱伞草对铜绿微囊藻的最高抑制率为56.3%。随着植物的生长,旱伞草对铜绿微囊藻的化感作用逐渐减弱,美人蕉则保持稳定的抑制效果。3种植物不同时期的种植水,均在10—15 d后对铜绿微囊藻的生长抑制率达到最高值。第一期对照组中铜绿微囊藻叶绿素a含量分别是旱伞草、美人蕉和黄花美人蕉种植水的1.47倍、1.98倍和2.53倍。气质联用仪(GC-MS)分析显示,旱伞草根系分泌物中含有棕榈酸等11种化合物,美人蕉根系分泌物中有硬脂酸等10种化合物。 The roots exudates of Cyperus alternifolius,Canna indica and C.indica var.flava were collected in four periods from June to August to examine their inhibitory effects on Microcystis aeruginosa.On Aug.10,the biomass(dry weight)of this three kinds of plants could be as 6.9 times,4.6 times and 5.3 times respectively as much weight as begin,and the roots of the biomass(dry weight)of these plants could be as 7.5 times,2.5 times and 3.0 times.The results showed the inhibitory effects of Cyperus alternifolius on Microcystis aeruginosa were not as good as that of the other two plants.The highest inhibitory ratio of Cyperus alternifolius on Microcystis aeruginosa was 56.3%.The inhibitory ratios of Canna indica and C.indica var.flava were 64.2%and 67.7%,respectively.There was not much difference between those two plants on biomass and the growth rate of the root system.During the process of this study,the inhibitory ratio of Cyperus alternifolius on Microcystis aeruginosa gradually became weaker.While the inhibitory effects of Canna indica and C.indica var.flava on Microcystis aeruginosa remain effect during the whole process of this study.The maximum inhibiting rate was reached between 10 to 15 days in those plants in all periods.Theρl(Chla)of the controls could be as 1.47,1.98 and 2.53 times high as that of the experiments of Cyperus alternifolius,Canna indica and C.indica var.flava.GC-MS was adopted to determine those allelochemicals in the roots exudates of those two plants.Eleven compounds including palmitic acid were detected from the root exudates of Cyperus alternifolius.Ten compounds including stearic acid were detected from Canna indica.
