摘要
一个多世纪的创新教育改革为日本带来井喷式的创新成果,为日本迅速崛起和高速发展发挥了关键性的作用。如今,日本高校本科崇尚开放的学术自由,追求政府调控下的绝对自主权,建立以创新素质为核心的培养目标,并以出众的科研能力为导向,为社会输送拔尖创新人才。借鉴日本的成功模式,立足我国实际,推进我国高校治理结构和科研制度的改革,营造创新人才成长环境,优化创新人才培养机制,深入开展国际化教育,是加速填补我国创新人才的现实之需。
The reform of innovative education for more than a century has brought blowout innovation achievements to Japan and played a key role in the rapid rise and rapid development of Japan.Japanese colleges and universities today advocate open academic freedom,pursue absolute autonomy under the regulation of government,establish the training goal with innovative quality as the core and provide outstanding and innovative talents for the society with outstanding scientific research ability.We should learn from the Japanese model,based on China's reality,promote the reform of the governance structure and scientific research system of Chinese universities,create an environment for the growth of innovative talents,optimize the training mechanism of innovative talents,cany out in-depth international education,and accelerate the filling of the practical needs of innovative talents in China.
