摘要
通过单因素试验与正交试验研究荔枝皮多酚的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,荔枝皮多酚的最佳提取工艺如下:提取温度70℃,乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶7,第1次提取时间40 min,在此提取工艺条件下荔枝皮多酚提取物的平均得率为13.70%,荔枝皮多酚的平均含量为5.40%。
The extraction process of polyphenols from litchi pericarp was studied by using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed the optimal process parameters were as follows:extract temperature 70°C,ethanol concentration 60%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶7,the first extraction time of 40 min.Under these extraction process parameters,the average yield of polyphenols extract from litchi pericarp was 13.70%,and the average content of polyphenols in litchi pericarp was 5.40%.
