摘要
在单因素实验的基础上,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合设计,采用响应曲面法对荔枝壳粗多酚的提取工艺进行优化.结果表明,荔枝壳粗多酚的最佳提取工艺条件为荔枝壳在低温(4℃)下用体积分数为20%的丙酮溶液浸提1h后,用150W的超声波功率处理15min,荔枝壳粗多酚提取率为37.10%,显著缩短了提取时间,提高了荔枝壳粗多酚的提取率.
Based on the single-factor experiments, a four-factor-three-level experiment design was developed by Box-Behnken central composite design method, and the extraction process of polyphenols from litchi pericarp was optimized by using response surface methodology. The result shows that optimal process condition is being treated for 15 minutes by ultrasonic waves of 150 W after soaked in 20% acetone at 4 ℃ for 1 hour. Polyphenols extrac- tion reaches up to 37.10%, which improved that extraction time was reduced and extraction rate increased. This can serve as a theoretical basis for the further processing and utilizing of litchi.
