人工髋、膝关节置换术应用的原则与策略 被引量：15

摘要 60年前,John Charnley在英国莱廷顿医院(Wrightington Hospital)完成了全球首例低摩擦全髋关节成形术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)。20世纪70年代John Insall医生设计了当代全膝关节成形术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)假体的原型。从此以后,THA和TKA逐渐成为治疗各种终末期髋、膝关节病变的标准外科手术方式。据统计,美国2018年THA和TKA手术数量为1 186 955例[1]。预计至2020年每年THA手术数量将达到512 000例。
