摘要
当前,高校在辅导员专业化建设上存在基础不够夯实、发展目标模糊、发展机制需要革新等问题。文章提出应把握辅导员角色、专业化标准以及专业化的现实意义,进一步完善专业化队伍建设机制、提升辅导员专业化认同、探索专业化发展路径建设,以此发挥专业化对推动辅导员队伍建设、提升队伍整体能力的积极导向作用。
Enhancing the professionalism of the construction of college counselors is conducive to the stable devel opment of college counselors.Understanding the standard and the meaning of the professional construction of col lege instructors is the groundwork of research.At the current,there are some problems in the professional construc tion of college instructors,such as the foundations are insufficient,the development goals are vague,and the devel opment mechanism needs innovation.We should further improve the professional team construction mechanism,enhance the professional identification of counselors,and explore the paths of professional development.It will play a positive role in promoting the construction of the counselor team and improving the ability of the team.
