摘要
目的:研究综合性介入导管室的质量控制与效果评价。方法:将我院收治的98例介入手术患者作为研究对象,将患者分为两组,对照组49例和观察组49例。对照组对患者进行常规介入导管室护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行综合性介入导管室护理。比较观察组与对照组患者护理后的满意度评分和等待治疗时间。结果:两组患者护理后的满意度评分和等待治疗时间比较:通过两组患者护理后的满意度评分和等待治疗时间比较,观察组患者护理后的满意度评分和等待治疗时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合性介入导管室护理在本次研究中比常规介入导管室护理的护理效果更加明显,有利于提高患者的临床治愈率,一定程度上提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To study the quality control and effect evaluation of comprehensive interventional catheterization room.Methods 98 patients with interventional surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups,49 cases in the control group and 49 cases in the observation group.The patients in the control group received routine interventional catheter room nursing,while the patients in the observation group received comprehensive interventional catheter room nursing on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction score and waiting time of patients in observation group and control group after nursing were compared.Results Two groups of patients after nursing satisfaction score and waiting time comparison:through the two groups of patients after nursing satisfaction score and waiting time comparison,the observation group patients after nursing satisfaction score and waiting time were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive interventional catheter room nursing is more effective than conventional interventional catheter room nursing in this study,which is conducive to improving the clinical cure rate and nursing satisfaction of patients to a certain extent.
