摘要
为了提升L-1350前装机大型结构件焊修的质量,根据结构件金属材料的性质,从焊修过程中的碳弧气刨的工作原理、折叠碳棒规格及适用电流、折叠刨削速度、折叠电弧长度、折叠碳棒伸出长度、折叠碳棒倾角、刨削注意事项、焊修前的检验、焊修前的裂纹清除进行分析,最终制定一系列焊接工艺并采取相关可靠的焊接技术,目的是保证L-1350大臂在焊修之后仍可正常使用,延长了配件的使用寿命,极大地排除了故障隐患,设备出动率也随之得以提升。
In order to improve the quality of the large-scale structural repair of the L-1350 front-mounted machine,this paper based on the nature of the metal material of the structural part,the working principle of the carbon arc gouging during the welding process,the specifications of the folded carbon rod and the applicable current,folding planing speed,folded arc length,folded carbon rod extension length,folded carbon rod inclination,planing precautions,pre-weld inspection,crack removal before welding repair,finalized a series of welding processes and related reliable welding.The purpose of the technology is to ensure that the L-1350arm can still be used normally after welding,which prolongs the service life of the accessories,greatly eliminates the hidden troubles and improves the equipment dispatch rate.
