摘要
文章基于江苏省内20所民办高职院校的职业教育质量年报分析,发现民办高职院校毕业生质量存在高就业率但质量不高、生源质量不高、“错位”培养价值观、就业专业相关度较低、发展后劲不足等问题。文章尝试将成果导向教育理念运用于提高民办高职毕业生质量研究,通过构建毕业生质量体系,运用反向设计,提升毕业生质量,建立健全的毕业生质量评价反馈机制。
This paper analyzes the quality of higher vocational education annual report in 20 non-governmental vocational colleges in Jiangsu province.There are many problems in the graduates’quality,such as high employment rate but low quality,low enrollment quality,“dislocation”of values,low correlation of employment majors,and insufficient development momentum.This paper attempts to apply the outcome based education concept to the research on improving the quality of the non-governmental higher vocational college graduates.In order to improving the quality of graduates,this paper tries to establish the quality system of graduates and uses the reverse design and sets up a sound feedback mechanism of graduate quality evaluation.
