摘要
物资采购中供应商管理直接影响企业的经济效益、市场竞争力和材料采购成本的控制,是企业加强自身内部管理的重要环节。文章在分析供应商服务水平对施工企业重要性的基础上,提出了供应商管理的必要性,并结合施工企业物资采购的特点,提出了施工企业选择及评价供应商的基本策略,对施工企业降低采购成本,提高经济收益,增强核心竞争力等方面有一定的现实意义。
Supplier management directly affects the economic benefits,market competitiveness and material purchase cost control in material procurement,which is an important link for enterprises to strengthen their internal management.Based on the analysis of the importance of supplier service level to construction enterprises,this paper puts forward the necessity of supplier management,combines with the characteristics of construction enterprises material procurement,puts forward the basic strategy of selecting and evaluating suppliers for construction enterprises,and reduces the purchase cost for construction enterprises.It is of practical significance to improve economic returns and strengthen core competitiveness.
