摘要
目的探讨微波透热疗法对创伤性四肢骨折患者的临床效果及纤溶指标变化的影响。方法方便选取2017年5月—2019年2月该院收治的创伤性四肢骨折患者104例为研究组,并将其随机分为两组,各52例,研究组采用微波透热疗法,对照组未经过微波透热疗法但通过各项常规检查,观察并对比两组受试对象的效果、纤溶指标变化及生活质量。结果研究组的优良率为96.1%显著高于对照组的88.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.431,P<0.05);研究组经治疗后纤维蛋白原(Fig)、血浆D-D聚体以及抗凝血酶-Ⅲ含量(AT-Ⅲ)分别为(3.6±0.1)g/L、(0.7±0.2)mg/L、(82.9±3.1)分,而对照组的Fig、D-D聚以及AT-Ⅲ分别为(5.1±0.8)g/L、(1.5±0.9)mg/L、(76.5±2.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.208,15.749,15.624,P<0.05);研究组患者的运动能力、躯干能力、角色人物以及自理能力等指标的评分分别为(58.1±5.3)分、(59.0±2.9)分、(57.6±2.8)分、(58.9±3.4)分,而对照组分别为(48.2±4.2)分、(36.8±3.2)分、(41.6±2.5)分、(43.5±3.7)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.024、12.485、13.624、13.415,P<0.05)。结论在创伤性四肢骨折的治疗过程中,微波疗法是一种简便、创伤小、安全有效的治疗方式,并发症少,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of microwave diathermy on the clinical effects and changes of fibrinolytic parameters in patients with traumatic limb fractures.Methods Convenient select a total of 104 patients with traumatic limb fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to Feburary 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,52 cases each.The study group received microwave diathermy and the control group did not.After microwave diathermy but through routine examination,the effects of two groups of subjects,changes in fibrinolytic index and quality of life were observed and compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the study group was 96.1%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 88.5%(χ^2=7.431,P<0.05).The fibrinogen was treated in the study group(Fig)Plasma D-D mer and antithrombin-III content(AT-III)were(3.6±0.1)g/L,(0.7±0.2)mg/L,(82.9±3.1)points,respectively,while the control group D-D and AT-III were(5.1±0.8)g/L,(1.5±0.9)mg/L,(76.5±2.2)points,respectively(t=16.208,15.749,15.624,P<0.05.The scores of exercise ability,trunk ability,character characters,and self-care ability of the study group were(58.1±5.3)points,(59.0±2.9)points,(57.6±2.8)points,and(58.9±3.4)points,respectively.The control group was(48.2±4.2)points,(36.8±3.2)points,(41.6±2.5)points,and(43.5±3.7)points(t=12.024,12.485,13.624,13.415,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of traumatic limb fractures,microwave therapy is a simple,less invasive,safe and effective treatment,with fewer complications,and should be further promoted and applied clinically.
