摘要 新兵刚入伍,身体素质较差,且未掌握运动技巧,易发生运动损伤。通过问卷调查掌握新兵运动损伤的相关情况,运用功能性运动检测(Functional Movement Screen,简称FMS)筛查了解新兵功能动作水平,研究军事训练损伤、体能训练损伤与FMS六个功能动作的相关性,为预防军事训练和体能训练的运动损伤提供新思路。 Poor physical fitness and poor sports skill proficiency make the new recruits vulnerable to sports injuries.This paper investigates recruits’sports injuries through a questionnaire survey and understands recruits’functional movement level based on the Functional Movement Screen model(FMS)so as to study the injuries caused by mili-tary training and physical training,as well as the correlation of the six functional actions of FMS.It would provide a new approach to prevent sports injuries in military training and physical training.
