摘要
新时代对公安机关联合勤务执法运作提出了更高要求。为充分实现警务效能有序提升,杭州市公安机关依托大格局指挥、大数据支撑的警务平台不断深化探索联勤警务运作机制,大力发展以“常态化、战时化、配套化”为三大着力点的情指联勤警务运作。基于辩证否定视域“继承与发展相统一”的观点,对现行情指联勤警务实践经验进行升华提炼,并从坚持问题导向、实现情指扁平、深化联勤培训等方面提出完善建议。
The new era places new demands on joint policing.In order to enhance the effectiveness of joint policing in an orderly manner,efforts have been made by Hangzhou public security authorities to deepen the joint policing by establishing a big data supported policing platform at the headquarters so as to ensure the joint policing is standardized,battle-ready and systematic.On the basis of dialectical negation and the unity of inheritance and development,this paper further refines the practice and experience of current intelligenc-led joint policing and puts forward some improvement suggestions including sticking to problem-oriented practice,flattening intelligence-led practice and deepening joint policing training.
