摘要
运用历史分析与现实分析相结合的方法,把俄罗斯移民政策放到相应的历史环境中加以考察和分析,并试图从历史的因果联系中来把握其移民政策的发展规律,使得现实分析更具客观性和科学性,从中找到俄罗斯移民政策中存在的问题以及对总体国家安全观下我国移民管理的启发与思考。
This paper uses historical analysis and realistic analysis to study and analyze Russian immigration policies in its corresponding historical environment,and tries to grasp the development rule of its immigration policies with the use of the historical causality,which makes the realistic analysis more objective and scientific.The problems found in Russian immigration policies and its countermeasures can provide us with food for inspiration and reflection on the immigration management in China from the perspective of overall national security concept.
