摘要
习近平主席在海牙峰会上提出了"坚持理性协调并进"的中国核安全观,不仅蕴含着深厚的儒家文化元素,还为世界核安全提供了普遍的价值遵循,具有极其重要的时代价值。中国核安全观包含"四个并重"丰富内涵,始终秉持安全第一的价值理念,体现中国政府高度重视核安全问题。在任何时候,核实践活动都不能以牺牲生命和破坏环境为代价,要维护好自然生态平衡。
China＇s view on nuclear security, put forward by President XI Jinping at the Nuclear Security Summit （Hague）, demonstrates more than our manners as a great nation; it also initiates the universal values that the world is to observe in terms of nuclear security. In no time will the nuclear-related practices and activities be carried out at the expense of people＇s life and environment, and the natural ecological balance must be well preserved. China＇s view on nuclear secur- ity entails ＂four equal emphases＂ with rich connotation, and we would adhere to the value of giving priority to security, which shows that Chinese government attach great importance to nuclear security. In the meantime, China＇s view implies profound Confucius culture, which adds up to its modern values.
