摘要
目的探讨小剂量盐酸米诺环素联合他克莫司软膏治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效情况。方法分析吉林市中心医院皮肤科2018年2月-2019年2月收治的50例玫瑰痤疮患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同进行分组,对照组20例和观察组30例。结果两组玫瑰痤疮患者治疗前主观症状评分、客观症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.640、2.020,P>0.05),治疗后两组患者主观症状评分(2.6±0.5)分、(1.9±0.3)分、客观症状评分(2.4±0.6)分、(1.8±0.5)分均低于同组治疗前(t=3.200、10.420、5.230、14.150),观察组患者治疗后主观症状评分、客观症状评分均低于对照组(t=5.610、3.690),观察组玫瑰痤疮患者临床治疗总有效率100.0%高于对照组85.0%(χ^2=16.220),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量盐酸米诺环素联合0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗玫瑰痤疮患者,明显改善临床症状,提高了临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-dose minocycline hydrochloride combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of rose acne.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with rose acne admitted to the Department of Dermatology,Jilin Central Hospital Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were analyzed.The patients were divided according to different treatment methods,including 20 cases in the control group and 30 cas-es in the observation group.Results There were no significant differences in the subjective symptom scores and objec-tive symptom scores between the two groups of patients with acne in the treatment of acne(t=0.64,2.02,P>0.05).After treatment,the subjective symptom scores of the two groups were(2.6±0.5)points,(1.9±0.3)points,objective symptom scores(2.4±0.6)points,(1.8±0.5)points were lower than those in the same group before treatment(t=3.200,10.420,5.230,14.150).Subjective symptom scores and objective symptom scores after treatment in the observation group were lower than the control group(t=5.610,3.690).The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the patients with acne in the observation group was 100.0%higher than that of the control group 85.0%(χ^2=16.22),the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose minocycline hydrochloride combined with 0.1%tacrolimus ointment for the treatment of patients with rose acne significantly improves clinical symptoms and improves clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application.
