摘要
针对某超临界350MW火力发电机组出现低温再热蒸汽管道锅炉侧支管大范围偏离状态线的问题,采用现场测试结果结合管道应力计算的方法进行了分析研究。结果表明恒力支吊架恒定度及载荷偏差过大,是造成管道偏离状态线的主要原因,并会引起锅炉接口推力及推力矩过大、甚至管道一次应力超标。提出了通过选配合适的恒力支吊架及合理的支吊架布置进行治理的解决方案,给解决此类问题提供参考。
In the light of the problem of large-scale deviation from the state line of a low temperature reheated boiler-side steam pipe in a supercritical 350MW thermal power unit,the field test and pipeline stress calculation method are used to study the problem.The results show that the constant degree and load deviation of the constant hanger are the main reasons for the deviation of the pipeline from the state line,and these will cause the excessive force and moment of the boiler interface,and also,the excessive primary stress of the pipeline.This paper proposes a solution to solve this problem by choosing suitable constant hanger and reasonable arrangement of support,which can provide reference for solving such problem.
