摘要
为了研究来自亚洲、欧洲、非洲、北美洲、南美洲共187份水稻种质对红莲型不育系的恢保关系,以红莲型细胞质雄性不育系珞红4A为母本与外引种质测交,以自然结实率为依据,鉴别外引种质的恢保关系。结果表明:共鉴定出19份强恢种质、5份保持种质以及163份半恢半保种质。对19份强恢种质的来源地区进行分析,亚洲种质15份,占来源于亚洲种质的14.0%;欧洲种质2份,占来源于欧洲种质的4.5%;非洲和北美洲的种质各1份,占来源于非洲和北美洲种质的比例分别为11.0%、12.5%;南美洲没有种质分布。
In order to study the restoring or remaining characteristics of 187 rice germplasm resources from Asia,Europe,Africa,North America and South America to HL type male sterile cytoplasm,we used the HL-CMS line luohong4A as the female parent and the rice germplasm resources as the male.The quality of the test was based on the natural seed setting rate to identify the restore or remain characteristics of the rice germplasm resources.The results showed that 19 resources had restoring character.Fifteen resources had maintaining character,and 163 resources had restoring and maintaining character to male-infertile lines.According to analysis of 19 restorable varieties of strong restoring resources,15 Asian restorable varieties were identified,accounting for 14% of Asian resources;2 European restorable varieties were identified,accounting for 4.5% of European resources;each restorable variety from Africa and North America was identified,accounting for 11% and 12.5% of the germplasm resources from Africa and North America,respectively.There was not any distribution of rice germplasm resources in South America.In summary,the restorable resources are widely distributed in the word.
