摘要
以引进的17份欧洲玉米种质为材料,利用系谱法获得一批自交系。本试验以其中41份选系为材料,进行农艺性状、产量性状、耐密性、抗病性等鉴定。结果表明,该批供试选系熟期偏晚,生育期为126 d左右,对大斑病和丝黑穗病抗性较强,总体耐密性较好,但部分选系耐密性较差,区别于以往欧洲早熟玉米种质的特点。DNPA4-5-3-2、DNF26-6-1、DNP16-6、DNP15-5-1、DNF14-8-1和DNR11-10-1等6份选系综合表现优良,具有株高和穗位高适中、耐密好、自身产量较高、高抗或抗丝黑穗病和大斑病等特点。
Forty one mid-late maize inbred lines from European germplasm bred by Maize Institute of North-east Agricultural University were used to analyze the comprehensive utilization value based on the agronomic traits,yield related traits, density-tolerance, lodging resistance and disease resistance. The most of 41 medium late-ma-ture lines with 121-130 d the whole growing days showed strong density-tolerance, and resistance to head smut andleaf blight. Six lines were highlight with proper plant and ear height, strong density-tolerance, high yield, and resis-tance to head smut and leaf blight, including DNPA4-5-3-2, DNF26-6-1, DNP16-6, DNP15-5-1, DNF14-8-1 and DNR11-10-1.
