摘要
使用Fluent欧拉-欧拉多相流模型对电磁力作用下的油-海水混合流进行了数值模拟,并对电磁分离装置的分离特性进行了详细分析。分析结果表明:油水分离率随入口速度及油珠体积分数的减小而增大,随油珠粒径的增大而增大,并且存在一定的电磁力密度使其达到最大。入口速度及入口油珠体积分数越小、电磁力密度及油珠粒径越大,收油口含油率越高、排污测含油率越低。
The Euler-Euler multiphase flow model in Fluent was used to simulate the oil-seawater mixed flow,and the separation characteristics of the electromagnetic separator were analyzed in detail.The simulation results showed that the oil-seawater separation rate increased with the decrease of inlet velocity and volume fraction of oil droplets,increased with the increase of droplet size,and there was a certain electromagnetic force density to maximize the se-paration rate.When the inlet velocity and the droplet volume fraction were smaller,the electromagnetic force density and the droplet size were greater,the oil ratio at the recovery outlet was higher,and the oil ratio at the sewage outlet was lower.
