摘要 碳化硅高温陶瓷膜具材料有耐高温、高压、耐腐蚀、过滤效率高和容易再生等优点,在中高温气体除尘领域,尤其是Shell煤气化装置中用于飞灰过滤优势明显。碳化硅高温陶瓷膜材料在300℃以上的中高温粗煤气净化,可以将飞灰颗粒脱除至0.3μm,除尘后的煤气中飞灰含量降至1~2mg/m3。 The SiC material with ceramic membranes could be used in high temperature and high pressure environment and performances good anti-corrosion, high filtration efficiency and easily regenerated capabilities. It has much advantage in removing the fly ash from medium-high temperature gas, especially in the Shell coal gasification plant. After the purification in ceramic filter at 300℃ the fly ash particles and the dust content of fly ash can be removed at 0.3μm and 1--2mg/m3 percent, respectively.
