摘要
利用同步热分析仪,在不同的升温速率、不同的氧气浓度下,对不同掺混比的玉米秸秆与煤矸石进行混合燃烧试验,综合考虑因素与因素间的协同作用,分别对着火性能、可燃性能、挥发分析出性能和综合燃烧性能等试验组合进行燃烧性能分析.结果表明:氧气浓度对各项燃烧指数影响均较大,掺混比对着火性能、可燃性能以及综合燃烧性能影响较大,升温速率仅对挥发分析出性能影响较大;混烧的优组合试验为氧浓度30%、掺混比为2∶3、升温速率为10 K/min,多因素正交分析获得的优组合可显著提升混燃性能.
combustion tests of mixtures of corn stalk and coal gangue of different blending ratios are studied with a synchronous thermal analyzer at different heating rates and with different oxygen concentrations.Taking into account of the synergy of factors,combustion performance analysis is made of a combination of factors in terms of ignition performance,flammability,volatility and comprehensive combustion.The results show that the oxygen concentration has a great influence on various combustion indexes.The blending ratio has a great influence on ignition performance,flammability and comprehensive combustion performance.The heating rate only has a great influence on volatility performance.The tests show that the optimal combination has an oxygen concentration of 30%,a blending ratio of 2:3 and a heating rate of 10 K/min.The multi-factor orthogonal analysis indicates it can significantly improve the co-firing performance.
