摘要
汽车线束回路作为线束成本的重要占比,其设计思路对线束成本优化起着重大的影响,同时也直接关系到整车电器运行的安全与可靠性。本文基于工作实践,从成本和性能两个方面总结了回路设计的诸多考虑因素,并提出了具体的控制策略及实施途径,为高效、精确地进行线束回路设计提供了技术支撑,对线束设计人员具有较强的指导意义。
As an important proportion of the harness cost,the design idea of automobile harness circuit has a significant impact on the optimization of the harness cost,but also directly related to the safety and reliability of the operation of vehicle electrical appliances.Based on work practice,this paper summarizes many considerations of loop design from two aspects of cost and performance,and puts forward specific control strategies and implementation ways,which provide technical support for efficient and accurate design of harness loop,and has a strong guiding significance for harness designers.
