摘要
目的观察紫白膏对创伤模型大鼠创面愈合的疗效,探讨紫白膏促进创面愈合的作用机制。方法按随机区组法将大鼠随机分成凡士林对照组、红霉素软膏组、紫白膏组各40只。根据干预第3、7、14、21天4个时间点,每组再分为4个亚组,每亚组各10只。建立创伤模型后,分别给予不同处理组大鼠创面换药,观察第3、7、14、21天3组大鼠创面肉芽组织生长情况,记录创面愈合时间;采用HE染色法观察不同时间点大鼠创面肉芽生长情况。结果肉眼观察创面可见紫白膏组大鼠创面组织水肿、渗出明显减轻,创面缩小,创伤修复过程中变化较红霉素软膏组及凡士林对照组明显,愈合时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。HE染色观察显示不同时间点紫白膏组大鼠创面组织中成纤维细胞及肉芽组织逐渐增多,且较红霉素软膏组及凡士林对照组增加明显。结论紫白膏外用可以减轻创面水肿及渗出,改善创面局部环境,加快创面肉芽及纤维组织增生,促进创面愈合。
Objective:To observe the effect of Zibai cream on wound healing in trauma model rats,and to investigate its mechanism of promoting wound healing.Methods:All rats were divided into Zibai cream group,erythromycin group and vaseline group by using simple random method,with 40 rats in each group.Each group was randomly divided into 4 subgroups:the third,7th,14th and 21th day group,10 rats in every subgroup.Trauma models were established by surgery in three groups of rats.Rats in each group were given respective drug for wound dressing change.The growth of granulation tissue on the wound of rats was observed in 3,7,14 and 21 days,and the healing time of the wound was recorded.HE staining was used to observe the granulation growth of rat wounds at different time points.Results:Naked eye observation showed that the edema and exudation of the wound tissue in Zibai cream group of rats were gradually reduced,and the wound surface was reduced after the dressing change with the time elapsed.The wound change of Zibai cream group was significantly obvious than that of erythromycin group and vaseline group,and the healing time was significantly shortened(P<0.05).HE staining showed that the fibroblasts and granulation in the wound tissue of the rats in the Zibai cream group gradually increased at different time points after the dressing change,and the Zibai cream group increased significantly compared with the erythromycin and vaseline group.Conclusion:Zibai cream can effectively reduce wound edema and exudation,promote wound fiber and granulation,and shorten wound healing time.
