摘要
目的观察评价分析社区护理干预对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的应用效果。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月期间本社区卫生服务中心门诊就诊的老年T2DM患者86例,并随机对照试验(RCT)分为两组,对照组43例给予常规护理的措施;观察组43例在对照组基础上采取优质综合护理干预,并比较两组护理干预的临床效果。结果观察组血糖HbA1c、FPG、2hPBG水平均明显低于对照组(t=3.119 2、3.036 8、4.268 3,均P<0.05);观察组遵医嘱服药、适宜运动、合理饮食及血糖监测水平均明显高于对照组(t=5.634 8、7.339 6、6.637 0、5.904 6,均P<0.05);观察组护理干预满意度明显的高于对照组(96.72%比83.72%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.961 5,P=0.025 9)。结论社区护理干预能够显著地调节老年T2DM患者血糖水平,有效地提高患者的遵医率及护理满意度。
Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods Eighty-six elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)were enrolled in the outpatient clinic of our community health service center from March 2018 to March 2019.They were divided into two groups,and 43 cases in the control group were given routine nursing measures,43 cases in the observation group underwent high-quality comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.And the clinical effects of nursing interventions of the two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose levels of HbA1c,FPG,and 2hPBG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t=3.1192,3.0368,4.2683,P<0.05,respectively).The levels of prescribed medication,suitable exercise,reasonable diet,and blood glucose monitoring in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=5.6348,7.3396,6.6370,5.9046,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate on nursing intervention in the observation group was 96.72%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.72%)(χ^2=4.961 5,P=0.025 9).Conclusion Community care intervention can significantly regulate blood glucose levels in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM),effectively improve patients’compliance and nursing satisfaction.
