摘要
胶凝砂砾料心墙作为大坝防渗的重要组成部分,其质量的好坏直接影响大坝整体防渗的效果,关系到大坝蓄水后的运行安全。以提高王家院水库工程胶凝砂砾料施工质量合格率为课题开展QC小组活动,通过现状调查找出影响胶凝砂砾料施工质量的问题症结。针对施工人员责任心差、自卸车卸料过密摊铺过厚和碾压遍数不够三条主要因素,制定对策并实施,实现了课题目标,形成了《胶凝砂砾料施工作业指导书》,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,值得推广应用。
The quality of cementitious sand and gravel core walls has a direct impact on the overall anti-seepage effect of the damas an important part of dam seepage control,which is related to the operation safety of the dam after water storage.The QC group activityis carried out to find out the key problems affecting the construction quality of cementitious sand and gravel through the current investigation in order to improve the construction quality of cementitious sand and gravel in Wangjiayuan Reservoir project.The countermeasures are formulated and implemented to achieve the objectives of the project in view of the three main factors,such as the poor responsibility of the construction personnel,the over-dense spreading of the dump truck and the insufficient rolling times,and the“construction instructions for cementitious sand and gravel”are formed,which has obtained good economic and social benefits and is worth popularizing and applying.
