摘要
水工建筑物复杂外形结构混凝土模板一次验收合格率偏低,不但会影响混凝土的外观质量,而且还会增加成本、拖延工期。本文对白洋淀引黄大树刘泵站影响模板一次验收合格率的因素进行分析,确定“周转次数多”和“支立不规范”为主要因素,制定并实施“减少模板周转次数”和“重新制定模板支立技术方案”的对策,提高了模板一次验收合格率,保证了施工质量,节约了成本,加快了施工进度,可为类似工程施工中的问题提供解决思路和方法。
The primary low acceptance rate of the concrete formwork of the complex structure of the hydraulic structure will affect the appearance quality of the concrete on the one hand,which also leads to cost increase and delay of the construction period on the other hand.The factors affecting the primary acceptance rate of the formwork in Dashuliu pump station of Baiyangdian Yellow River Diversion Project are analyzed in the paper.The main factors are determined,namely“too many turnover times”and“non-standard erection”.The countermeasures are formulated and implemented,namely“reduction of the formwork turnover times”and“redesign of the formwork support technical scheme”.The primary acceptance rate of the formwork is improved to ensure the quality of the construction,save the cost,and accelerate the construction progress,thereby providing solutions and methods for the problems in similar project construction.
