摘要
目的探讨虚拟综合穿刺试验联合人文关怀在临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法选取我校2016级临床医学本科生100人,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各50人。试验组采用虚拟综合穿刺系统联合人文关怀的教学模式。课程结束对2组学生理论和技能操作考试成绩进行对比,同时采用问卷进行教学效果调查。结果理论考试主观题和技能操作考试2组学生之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),问卷调查发现2组学生课堂情况、知识运用、能力培养方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟综合穿刺试验联合人文关怀在临床技能教学中价值显著,能够有效提高学生的考试成绩及技能操作的综合素质,同时也提升了教师的教学基本要求,有助于教师及学生的职业认同感。
Objective To determine the efficacy of virtual comprehensive puncture combined with humanistic care in clinical skill teaching.Methods One hundred undergraduate students of clinical medicine from Grade 2016 in our school were selected and divided into study group and control group(n=50 each).The study group received the skill teaching using virtual comprehensive puncture system combined with humanistic care.At the end of the course,the two groups of students were compared for their scores in theory and skill tests,and the efficacy of teaching by questionnaire.Results There was a statistically significant difference between two groups in the scores of subjective questions in theory test and in skill operation test(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed statistical differences between the two groups in class performance,knowledge utilization,and ability development(P<0.05).Conclusion Virtual comprehensive puncture combined with humanistic care is of great value in teaching of clinical skills,resulting in effective improvement of examination scores and comprehensive quality of skill operation in the students.Meanwhile,it also improves basic teaching requirements for the teachers and helps increase the professional identity of the teacher and students.
