摘要
目的观察手术切除联合术后早期电子线放疗治疗耳廓瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法98例(128耳)耳廓瘢痕疙瘩病人先给予手术切除,术后24h内给予6Mev电子线放疗,每天1次,每次4Gy照射,连续5d,总剂量20Gy。结果术后随访12个月以上,98例患者中治愈80例,有效12例,复发6例,总有效率93.9%。结论手术切除联合术后早期电子线放疗是治疗耳廓瘢痕疙瘩安全有效的方法,能有效提高治愈率,降低复发率。
Objective To report clinical outcomes of surgical resection combined with early postoperative radiotherapy for auricular keloids.Methods Ninty-eight patients(128 ears)with auricular keloids were treated with 6 MeV electron ray radiotherapy within 24 hours after surgical resection(4 Gy,once a day for 5 consecutive days for a total dose of 20 Gy).Results All patients were followed up for more than 12 months.Out of the 98 cases,keloids completely resolved in 80,markedly in 12,and recurred in 6 cases,yielding an overall rate of effectiveness of 93.9%.Conclusion Surgical resection combined with early postoperative radiotherapy is a safe and effective way to treat auricular keloids with improved rate of cure and reduced rate of recurrence.
