摘要
采煤机是煤矿机械化生产的关键设备。采煤机通过液压调高系统控制摇臂升降以实现不同高度煤层的截割。调高系统的可靠性关系到综采效率。通过采用AMESim仿真分析软件建立了调高控制系统电液比例控制模型,对其工作特性进行了仿真分析。旨在提高改进调高系统的可靠性。结果表明该电液比例调高控制系统具有调节快、精度高、稳定性好的特点,有利于提高采煤机调高控制系统工作的可靠性和稳定性。
Shearer is the key equipment in mechanized production of coal mine.The shearer controls the rocker arm lifting through the hydraulic elevation system to realize the cutting of coal seams with different heights.The reliability of elevation system is related to the efficiency of fully mechanized mining.The electro-hydraulic proportional control model of the elevation control system is established by using AMESim simulation analysis software,and its working characteristics are simulated and analyzed.The aim is to improve the reliability of the elevation system.The results show that the electro-hydraulic proportional elevation control system has the characteristics of fast regulation,high precision and good stability,which is conducive to improving the reliability and stability of the shearer elevation control system.
