摘要 电厂控制系统的稳定对电厂的运行和安全有着至关重要的作用,而热工保护用继电器是否可靠容易成为一个忽视的因素。继电器故障会使机组产生误动或拒动的风险。因此,减少继电器故障有重要意义。通过对继电器检测数据进行分析,结合关联规则Apirori算法和实际状况,找出容易造成继电器故障的原因。从而得出对电厂热工用继电器选型和维护有效的信息和建议,为减少继电器故障和保障控制系统安全稳定提供了参考。 The stability of control system plays an important role in the operation and safety of power plant.The reliability of thermal protection relay is easy to be ignored.Relay failure will cause the unit to produce the risk of do not move or refuse to move.Therefore,it is important to reduce relay faults.By analyzing relay detection data and combining with association rule Apirori algorithm and actual conditions,the causes of relay faults are found out.The effective information and Suggestions for the type selection and maintenance of thermal relays in power plants are obtained,which provides a reference for reducing relay faults and ensuring the safety and stability of the control system.
