摘要
受长期使用和外部环境等因素的影响,热控设备可能会出现一些问题,导致设备工作不稳定、温控不准确甚至损坏,对发电机组的安全性和可靠性构成潜在威胁。为提高发电机组热控设备的运行可靠性,从热控仪表、热控自动化保护装置、热控就地设备、热控设备控制系统软硬件等方面出发,论述常见问题及其处理措施,并提出发电机组热控设备问题的预防措施,以期为相关从业人员提供参考。
Affected by factors such as long-term use and external environment,the thermal control equipment may have some problems,resulting in unstable operation,inaccurate temperature control and even damage to the equipment,which poses a potential threat to the safety and reliability of the generator set.In order to improve the operational reliability of electric generator thermal control equipment,from the aspects of thermal control instruments,thermal control automatic protection devices,thermal control on-site equipment,thermal control equipment control system software and hardware,etc.,the common problems and their treatment measures are discussed,and preventive measures for problems of electric generator thermal control equipment are proposed to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
