摘要
目的探讨“以家庭为中心”的延伸护理服务在幼年特发性关节炎(JIA)患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月~2017年12月我院收治的100例JIA患儿,根据住院号单双数分为干预组(单数)和对照组(双数),每组各50例,每组家长各50名,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施以家庭为中心的延伸护理服务,比较两组Morisky服药依从性问卷(MMAS-8)、家长焦虑自评量表(SAS)改善情况、家长护理满意度照护过程测量表(MPOC-20)评价。结果干预组MMAS-8评分高于对照组,干预组家长SAS评分低于对照组,干预组家长MPOC-20各维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论JIA患儿开展“以家庭为中心”的延伸护理,患儿服药依从性较高,家长对该护理模式较为认可,有效缓解家长焦虑情绪。
Objective To investigate the application effect of family-centered extended care services in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis(JIA).Methods One hundred JIA children admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected.They were divided into intervention group(odd number)and control group(even number)by odd/even number after hospitalization.50 patients and 50 parents matched in each group.In the control group,regular nursing was used,while in the observation group,a family-centered extended care service was adopted.The drug administration compliance Morisky medication adherence questionnaire(MMAS-8),improvement of parental self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and parental satisfaction care process measurement table(MPOC-20)between the two groups were compared.Results The MMAS-8 score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the SAS score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,the MPOC-20 score of the intervention group in each dimension was higher than that of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of family-centered extended care service in JIA children can effectively alleviate patient′s anxiety with high medication compliance in children.Parents approve of this nursing mode.
