摘要
目的观察HY-D型电脑中频药物导入治疗幼年特发性关节炎的效果。方法选取2011年1月~2012年12月我院风湿免疫科收治的100例幼年特发性关节炎住院患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组按常规进行治疗和护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予HY-D型电脑中频药物导入治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的炎性指标水平及治疗效果、恢复时间。结果两组患儿治疗前C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-lβ(IL-lβ)、白介素6(IL-6)及白介素-7(IL-7)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的CRP、IL-lβ、IL-6及IL-7明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ACR20、ACR50、ACR70所占比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿关节肿胀消失时间、疼痛消失时间、红细胞沉降率(ESR)恢复正常时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HY-D型电脑中频药物导入治疗能有效提高幼年特发性关节炎患儿的疗效,缩短恢复时间。
Objective To observe the effect of HY-D type computer intermediate frequency drug introduction in the treatment of juvenile idiopathic arthritis.Methods 100 childpatients with juvenile idiopathic arthritisadmitted treated in the department of rheumatology and immunology of our hospital from January 20ll to December 2012 were selected, and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing.The observation group was given HY-D type computer intermediate frequency drug introduction on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory indexes,treatment effect and recovery time were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There were no significant differences in C-reactionprotein （CRP）,interleukin-lβ （IL-lβ）,interleukin 6 （IL-6） and interlcukin-7 （IL-7） between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）.After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-7 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.OS）.The propor- tion of ACR20,ACR50 and ACR70 in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The swelling disappearance time,pain disappearance time,erythroeyte sedimentation rate （ESR）,recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of HY-D type computerintermediate frequency drug introduction can effectively improve the effect and shorten the recovery time inchildren with juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
