基于直流电刺激下的脑卒中患者口腔电极设计与应用效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究设计适用于脑卒中患者的口腔电极,实现改善脑卒中患者言语功能障碍与吞咽功能障碍。方法:根据不同材料的物理特性、化学特性及生物相容性等,选取最优材料,结合人机关系,设计可作用于口腔的电极,通过性能测试应用于临床。选取80例脑卒中造成言语、吞咽功能损伤的患者,根据治疗方法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例;对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗方法基础上联合口腔直流电刺激疗法,比较两组治疗疗效。结果:观察组的言语功能障碍和吞咽功能障碍病情较对照组改善明显,洼田饮水评分和Frenchay构音障碍评估比较,差异有统计学意义(t=29.180,t=35.998;P<0.05)。结论:设计的直流电刺激用于口腔电极治疗言语功能障碍和吞咽功能障碍患者疗效显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective:To research and design an oral electrode that was suitable for patients with stroke so as to improve language dysfunction and swallowing dysfunction of them.Methods:As the physical characteristics,chemical characteristics and biocompatibility of different materials to select optimal materials,and combine with human-machine relationship,and design the electrodes which could be used in oral cavity.And used it in clinical practice after it passed the performance test.80 patients with stroke who were language dysfunction and swallowing dysfunction in stroke were selected,and they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to different treatment method.And control group adopted routine treatment,while observation group combined with oral stimulation treatment with direct current under routine treatment.The therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results:The improvements of language dysfunction and swallowing dysfunction of observation group were more obvious than that of control group,and the differences of Miku Kubota swallow water score and Frenchay score between two groups were significant(t=29.180,t=35.998,P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:The designed oral electrode with direct current for stimulation has significant effect in treating patients with language dysfunction and swallowing dysfunction,and it has higher clinical application value.
